- Drafted 35th overall by the Buffalo Sabres in the 1991 NHL Entry Draft
- Played 366 NHL games for the Buffalo Sabres, NY Islanders, Montreal Canadiens and NY Rangers
- Won a Gold Medal at the 1993 World Junior Hockey Championships in Gavlé, Sweden
- Won a Silver Medal at the 1996 World Professional Hockey Championships in Vienna, Austria
- Won a Calder Cup (AHL) Championship with the Hartford Wolfpack of the AHL in 2000
- Won an OHL (Ontario Hockey League) Championship with the Peterborough Petes of the OHL in 1993
- Currently (2012) still holds the Peterborough Petes (OHL) all-time goal scoring record for most goals in franchise history
Coaching Resume
- Currently (2012) an amateur scout for the Peterborough Petes of the OHL
- Head Coach for the 2011 Southeast Nationals AAA U16 Midget team which were a finalst in the championship game in Niagara Falls to the outstanding St. Michael's/Toronto Red Wings program
- Skills Development coach from 2007 - present
- Assistant Coach for the ECHL Charlotte Checkers in 2009 which won their first ever Eastern Conference regular season championship in franchise history
